Modern Sibyls: Karen
Oil on canvas, each measuring 80 x 60 cm (total 80 x 120 cm)The diptych of Karen Whiteread, founder of Pram Depot (one of the first baby banks in the UK), was made by Lindsay Simons (portrait) and Liz Collini (text work) following a session interviewing, photographing and sketching Karen in Pram Depot. It is part of our collaborative project inspired by the ancient sibyls.
